The DiscoIt's saturday night and time to get ready
I'm meeting my girlfriends, our plans made already,
We're going to a disco to dance and have fun
We stay there till it closes about half past one.
We buy our drinks and greet other friends
Hoping, that this night never ends,
The DJ is there, with his music to play
The music we love or we just wouldn't stay.
There's our song, Shania Twain's "Man I feel like a Woman"
Every girl there feeling exactly like a woman,
We girls, love that song and we just have to dance
The guys at the bar, they don't even get a glance.
We've danced and danced and had so much fun
Laughed and joked, it's nearly half past one,
The DJ is playing soft, slow romantic songs
Songs for the lovers, to each other they belong.
Time flies by and it's now time to go home
We say goodbye and get ready to go off alone,
We make arrangements for next saturday night
Same place, same time, another great night.
